Reize and Eradina

Eradina is Lily's true form when she becomes whole with her memories. Originally, she was a being whose purpose was to keep the world balanced. She was composed of the four elements: Fire, water, wind, and earth. She was almost like a goddess in a way. However, she was drained of her power by a mysterious stranger and was sealed within the sword. The sword was cursed to drive her insane, filling her head with the dark side of mankind.

When she was freed, she sought to destroy all humans until she was defeated by four heroes and sealed again. Unfortunately, one of those heroes was not noble, wanting to use the weapon to unseal a weapon that she originally sealed. Her power was split into two forms, the original and... Lily.

Reize met an enraged Eradina when he was 8. She was surprised at his kindness, which confused her over the images of the humans.

As Reize's adventures began, he met Lily. Eventually, the dark warrior who wanted the sword came back and merged Lily with the sword. After the warrior was defeated, Lily, filled with the rage against the humans, became Eradina once more. The battle ended with Lily's death. However, to save Eradina, Reize binded the sword's spirit to his own.

The memories of Lily and the original feelings of Eradina remain, allowing the cursed sword to become purified.

This is years later, as Reize is still trying to find a way to free Eradina from the trappings of the sword. Her form is restricted, as part of her is still sealed with the weapon made of her essence.
